概要：１９４２年の閣議決定によるとされる中国人強制連行には、先行する「ビジネスモデル」があった。華北から偽満洲国への「特殊工人」名目による労働力移入にはじまり、中国人強制連行にいたる大日本帝国の政・軍（官）・産複合体の成立から没落と、敗戦後の政・官・産による隠蔽の歴史に史実の光をあてる。
