概要：1975年に大学を出て入った自治体職場。その中で組合員の要求実現をめざす職場運動から、首切り・権利侵害とたたかう地域労働運動まで経験。争議支援、国鉄闘争（分割民営化反対）の中で労働者の連帯、たたかう労組・争議団の共闘の大切さを学んだ。
