◆第6回 朝鮮・台湾、日本国内での治安維持法運用の比較

概要：台湾の日本統治時代の判決などの公開の中心となった王泰升（台湾大学）は、匪徒刑罰令や治安維持法の運用を「法の暴力」と呼びます。それは朝鮮において、日本国内において、さらにかいらい国家「満洲国」にもあてはまります。朝鮮・台湾の特高警察や思想検察のありようを日本国内の場合と比較するとともに、検挙から判決、受刑という一連の司法処分の「現場」における共通するもの、相違するものを考えます。また、それぞれの戦後から現在に至る治安法令・理念の継続と断絶にもふれます。
