◆第2回 朝鮮①：民族主義・共産主義運動取締の武器として

概要：治安維持法の最初の適用は日本国内では京都学連事件ですが、それよりも早く朝鮮において発動されました。まず民族独立運動を対象とし、まもなく朝鮮共産党に照準が絞られます。「国体」変革の意味は日本国内と異なり、「朝鮮独立の目的」とされました。後半では1933年から35年にかけての「十字架党事件」を例に、検挙から裁判で有罪になるまでどのように警察や検察などの「現場」であつかわれたのか、史料に即してみていきます。
