◆第1回朝鮮・台湾において治安維持法はどのように運用されたのか

開催日：2023年3月8日（水）19:00-21:00　
講師：荻野富士夫　（小樽商科大学名誉教授）
概要：朝鮮と台湾での治安維持法の検挙・判決などの全体的な状況を概観したうえで、それぞれの運用の大きな流れを確認します。後半では具体的に朝鮮では1938年の江原道の春川中学校の「常緑会事件」を、台湾では1936年の「台湾二中「列星会」事件」をとりあげ、映像視聴を交えて、予審終結決定書や判決文を読んでいきます。最後に、現在の日本・韓国・台湾での史料の残存状況や公開状況にも触れます。
