概要：現代イタリアの哲学者Ｇ・アガンベンは、古代ローマの「ホモ・サケル」（聖なる人）という形象をヒントに、殺害しても罪に問われず犠牲化も不可能な死という問題を提起しました。Ｍ・フーコーの「死の中に廃棄する」生権力の問題にも通じます。現代国家の様々な場面に現れる「犠牲化不可能な犠牲」の問題を考えます。
