概要：日露戦争で非戦論を唱えた内村鑑三は、非戦論者の戦死を平和のための聖なる犠牲と讃えました。原爆被災後の長崎で「原子野の聖者」と言われた医師・永井隆は、原爆投下を「神の摂理」「大いなる燔祭（ホロコ－スト）」として受け容れました。この種の例に見られるキリスト教の「犠牲」の観念と国家の関係を考えます。
