◆第4回 教師たちの闘い① - 教育課程の自主編成は何を目指したのか

概要：教育課程の自主編成は、学校と教員、その背景にいる子どもの教育権の行使です。歴史的には、「大正新教育」や大日本帝国憲法下で苦闘する教員の「生活綴り方」教育がありました。第2次世界大戦敗戦後、日本国憲法下で民主教育を進める地域・学校のコア・カリキュラムや学校づくり（敗戦後～1960年頃）、教育内容の現代化と教科課程の自主編成(1950年頃～)、総合学習を軸とした教育課程づくり（1976年～）などを取り上げて、教育課程自主編成の意義を考えます。
