講師：大内裕和（武蔵大学教授）
概要：「教育の憲法」と呼ばれていた教育基本法。この教育基本法が改悪されようとする動きに対して、研究者、現場教員、市民による反対運動が展開された。2003年～2006にかけて展開された教育基本法改悪反対運動の特徴とその意義について考察する。また、今後の教育運動の課題についても考察したい。
