◆第5回日本のエネルギーデモクラシー - 日本での再エネ政策と市民参加の歴史的展開

講師：飯田哲也さん（環境エネルギー政策研究所）
概要：大学院修士課程まで原子核工学を学んだが、就職後に原子力産業や原子力安全規制の実状に接して「原子力ムラ」を脱出。北欧での研究活動や非営利活動を経て、2000年にNPO法人環境エネルギー政策研究所（ISEP）を設立、現在まで所長を務めている。自然エネルギー政策の第一人者として、先進的かつ現実的な政策提言と積極的な市民活動により、日本政府や地方自治体のエネルギー政策に影響を与えてきた。グローバルな気候危機に対応するために、特に3.11以降は国内の脱原発・自然エネルギー普及を進めるため、世界・全国の現場を奔走している。今回の講座では、日本での再生可能エネルギー政策と市民参加の歴史的展開をふりかえり、私たちのエネルギーのあり方を私たちが決めるエネルギーデモクラシーへの展望を語る。
