概要：原発の運転事故は原則40年、「例外の延長」でも60年、これは3・11福島原発震災の恐ろしい放射能被害の体験を踏まえて、安全対策をつくりなおし、原子力規制員会を組織していくプロセスで、決められたルールだ。岸田政権は安全のための規制機関であるはずの「規制委」に事前承認させ強引に、ポンコツ原発の60年を超える運転延長を決めた。この事に象徴されるごとく〈3・11〉以後つくり出された〈原発ゼロ〉への巨大なうねりを正面から破壊する。「原発再稼働」の全面化「逆コース」攻撃を岸田政権は突っ走り出している。これと連動して「安保三文書」を閣議決定した、この政権は敵基地攻撃能力の保有を公言し、43兆円の軍事費（倍増）とミサイルなどの攻撃兵器のアメリカからの「爆買」を開始している。戦後憲法の九条（絶対平和主義）は、最終的に殺されつつあるのだ。この〈原発・軍事〉をめぐる大暴走状況に批判的に切り込む！
