◆第6回 最後のフロンティア - アラフラ海で何が起きているか

概要：2015年、アル島のベンジーナでタイの漁業会社による違法操業とロヒンギャ難民の「奴隷」労働問題が明らかになりました。以後、政府による密漁船の取り締まりと国境（海境）警備が厳しくなる一方、ジャワ島などから流し網、イカ釣り、旋網などの大型漁船が次々とアラフラ海へと出漁するようになり、辺境の港だったドボやパプアのミミカ県ティミカなどは、ジャワからの漁船団の基地と化しています。適切な資源管理が行われないまま、過剰操業が行なわれることで乱獲と沿岸漁民（先住民族の生業）との紛争の発生も懸念されている同地域にフォーカスします。
