概要：原爆投下直後に発生した、放射性物質を含むいわゆる黒い雨を浴びた被ばく者が健康被害を訴えた「黒い雨」訴訟は、現行の勝訴で終わった。しかし国の無責任な態度と被ばくの過小評価・隠蔽により判決まで長い歳月が流れた。「黒い雨」訴訟を追跡したジャーナリストの小山美砂さんからこの裁判の問題点について解説を伺いながら、広島・長崎の被ばく者、さらにはグローバルヒバクシャや福島原発事故被ばく者の救済の道を一緒に考えたい。
