概要：日本の近代化は、琉球、台湾、朝鮮を植民地としながら中国侵略、アジア太平洋戦争に突き進みました。アジアの人々を踏みにじり残虐な行為を繰り返した日本は、終には沖縄を戦場として多くの人々の命を奪いました。日本の軍隊には植民地朝鮮、台湾からも動員されました。沖縄戦に動員された朝鮮人については、当事者の証言や住民の証言が数多く残されています。その紹介をしながら軍資料や先行研究を交え全体像に迫っていきたいと思います。
