◆第2回 祖父や仲間たちと共に沖縄戦と向き合ってきたこと

講師：平仲愛里（八重瀬町史編集事務員）
概要：私が小学生の頃、沖縄はドラマや県出身アーティストなどのおかげで脚光を浴びていました。特別扱いされる沖縄と、学校やテレビに映る沖縄戦、祖父が断片的に語る戦争体験について関心を持つようになり、大学生の時、平和教育に関わりました。大学卒業後は仕事として、沖縄戦の調査・記録を行うことになり、現在に至ります。祖父から受け取った手記を通して追体験したことから始まり、地元の戦争体験記録に携わった10年を振り返ってみたいと思います。
