◆第1回 「平和の礎」はなぜ創られたのかー琉球・沖縄の民の想い

講師：石原昌家（沖縄国際大学名誉教授）
概要：このテーマに応えるためには、凄惨な人間の殺し合いの戦争から生き延びた民の微視的（ミクロ）な視点と巨視的（マクロ）な視点から、その創造の源泉をたどることになる。まず、微視的には、戦死した個々人の無念の死を、肉親・友人がその氏名を木片などに刻み、その存在を忘れまいとする行為を表している。巨視的には、すべての戦死者の氏名を刻むことによって、ありのままの戦場を擬人化し、あらゆる戦争を拒絶する思想を世界に表明している。
