概要：コロナ禍による貧困の爪痕はいまも癒えていない。なかでも直撃されたのは女性であり、緊急支援にあたってきた団体によると、いまも支援対象の3割は女性だ。非正規労働者の7割が女性だったことや支援金の世帯主への集中が、女性個人への支えを極端に弱め、女性の貧困を顕在化させた。憲法が規定する男女平等や生存権を換骨脱退してきた「生活からの壊憲」の構造を考える。
