概要：近年、社会の中でLGBTQに関する理解が広がっている一方で、SNSや公人による差別的な発言は未だに見られます。今後、国会ではLGBTQへの差別を解消するための立法に向けた議論が本格化する見込みです。この講座では、日本国憲法がLGBTQの人権保障をどのように位置づけているかを考えます。前半ではLGBTQの基礎知識、LGBTQを取り巻く日本・海外の状況を解説し、後半では同性婚を巡る「結婚の自由をすべての人に」訴訟などの裁判例を易しく解説します。
