概要：停戦体制とはどういう特徴があるのか。朝鮮戦争はなぜ停戦協定で留まったのか。停戦協定70年の年に停戦体制の特徴を改めて考えてみます。また、尹錫悦保守政権の対北朝鮮政策を中心に、2023年度の朝鮮半島の情勢を分析します。
