概要：韓国は近年、軍事力を飛躍的に強化している。韓国は長年、北朝鮮を仮想敵国とみなし、陸軍を中心とした戦力構成になっていたが、近年は海軍の増強が著しく、2022年9月には潜水艦からの弾道ミサイル発射に成功した。韓国は何のために軍事力を強化しているのか。韓国の軍拡が進めば、在韓米軍は縮小され、やがて撤退するのであろうか。米韓両国間では、韓国軍に対するアメリカ軍の戦時作戦統制権返還が、長年の課題となっているが、この問題はどうなるのであろうか。
