◆第1回「耕さない農業」で農と食を見直す

開催日：2023年7月11日（火）19:00-21:00　
講師：金子信博（福島大学）
概要：日本で初めて「土壌生態学」の研究室を開き、2018年から福島大学で食農学類と食農科学研究科の開設に携わった。新しい研究科に日本で初めての「アグロエコロジープログラム」を設置し、現役農家を含む多くの社会人を迎え入れ、食と農の「転換」を土壌生態学を基盤として展開しようとしている。常識に反する「耕さない農業」は自然の土の状態を尊重する農法であり、環境との関係、農業経営、農家と消費者の健康を向上するための入り口である。長い間、土の生き物の基礎研究を行ってきた研究者がなぜ農法の見直しを進めるのか？じっくり聞いてほしい。
