◆第6回「満洲国」における行刑・矯正輔導（1934～1945年）と「満洲国」治安体制の崩壊（1945年）

概要：暫行懲治叛徒法・盗匪法および「満洲国」治安維持法は多くの死刑を科すとともに無期を含む長期の徒刑（懲役）を科し、監獄に収容します。その行刑では自給自足を目標とする「監獄特別会計制度」を1937年から実施し、さらに監獄外の企業での強制労働も始めます。43年には治安維持法制定の際に後回しとされた「思想犯矯正法」（予防拘禁に相当）を施行するとともに、労働力確保を目的に浮浪者とみなした人々を矯正輔導院に収容して強制労働を科す「保安矯正法」を施行します。最後に関東憲兵隊や「満洲国」司法の崩壊にふれます。
