◆第4回「満洲国」治安維持法の猛威（1941～1945年）

概要：「満洲国」治安維持法は1941年12月末、暫行懲治叛徒法・盗匪法に代って施行されました。「満洲国」の「国体」変革をめざす反満抗日運動・思想が処罰の対象です。万里の長城線を越えて八路軍が進攻し、治安状況が悪化した熱河省西南地区では大規模な粛正作戦が展開され、軍事的討伐に加えてこの治安維持法が、どこでも開廷できて一審かつ終審の「特別治安庭」とのセットで威力を発揮しました。立案と運用の中心にあった飯守重任は、戦後、撫順戦管理所で西南地区粛正工作のみで約1600人を死刑にしたと供述しています。
