概要：朝鮮植民地支配と中国侵略戦争前夜の1923年に関東大震災時虐殺が「起きた」のだろうか？朝鮮人・中国人虐殺は「間島虐殺」を引き継ぐものとして「起こされた」のであり、中国侵略を実現するための強固な総力戦国家体制への排外主義的国民動員準備としてあった。「中国人受難者を追悼する会」１０年の活動を東アジアの次の百年へいかすために、関東大震災中国人虐殺の背景と事実と課題と解決方向を考える。
