ヤウンモシㇼの森林と「資源権」- 森林鉄道からみた資源搾取

概要：ヤウンモシㇼ（北海道本島）の歴史では、日本人移民に与えられた農地あるいはアイヌ自身に与えられた農地の差別的待遇が議論されてきました。しかし、ヤウンモシㇼの本来の姿は広大な森林で、その面積は全面積の約50％、九州全土に及ぶ面積です。こうしたヤウンモシㇼの森林が、「開拓政策」の開始後、どのように扱われてきたのか。また、具体的にどう搾取されてきたのかを考え、アイヌ民族の「資源権」のあり方を検討します。
