概要：第2次世界大戦で地上戦の舞台となったドイツでは、日本と同様「反ミリタリズム・コンセンサス」が生まれました。東西対立の下、分断国家の樹立、軍事同盟への編入のイニシアティヴを握った西ドイツでは、「僕はごめんだ」という再軍備反対運動や「原爆死反対運動」が展開されました。1960年に始まった復活祭行進は今日まで続いていて、毎年かなりの参加者がいます。
