概要：「解決策」提示により日韓関係は修復し、強制動員問題の幕引きがされようとしている中で、この国の暗い歴史に光をあて、植民地支配の被害を受けた人びとを思い起こし、その歴史と記憶を未来へと継承していくこと抜きに、被害者の無念に応え、過ちをくりかえさぬとの保証書を差し出すことはできない。そのために何をするか、何ができるかを探る。
