概要：「日帝強制動員被害者支援財団」が被告日本企業に代わって賠償金相当額を被害者に支払い、強制動員問題の幕引きを図り、大法院判決などなかったかのような状況をつくりだそうとする日韓両政府の目論見を批判し、「第三者弁済」を進めても、判決の意義は消せず、被告企業は法的、歴史的責任から逃れられないことを明らかにしていく。
