ピアニスト崔善愛の指紋押捺闘争が意味するもの（２）

概要：1981年。当時21歳だった崔善愛さんは指紋押捺を拒否したことで、日本の永住資格及び再入国許可を失いました。そのまま米国留学した後、永住資格を取り戻すため長年にわたり裁判で闘いました。日本へ帰国後は在留資格が不安定な生活を強いられることになりました。戦争の足音とともに入管法改悪など排外主義が進む今、崔善愛さんとともに、あらためて指紋押捺拒否とその裁判闘争が意味するものを見つめ直します。
