◆第5回　全日本港湾労働組合運動とその意味を振り返る

講師：伊藤彰信（元全日本港湾労働組合中央執行委員長）
概要：全港湾に入った理由と経過、「全港湾」と「全国港湾」の違い。港湾民主化とのたたかい（1996年～1967年）から、コンテナ化とのたたかい（1968年～1986年）、規制緩和とのたたかい（1987年～2005年）、 港湾民営化とのたたかい（2006年～）の背景を中心に、全港湾運動の歴史と成果を語る。また、日雇労働運動、港湾労働法、コンテナ合理化との闘い、反戦平和反核運動との関係など、港湾産業別労働運動の形成過程における実践的な課題を把握する。
