概要：レジェフ・タイフ・エルドアントルコ大統領が再選に成功した。去る7年間、「帝王的大統領)」の座に上がったエルドアンは、実質的な監視装置なしで行使できる巨大な権力をもとに、トルコをもっと強く統治すると見られる。トルコの国民はなぜエルドアン氏を再び大統領として選んだのだろうか。今回の選挙結果は、今度トルコの国内及び国際政治、難民政策、ウクライナ戦争などへどう影響を及ぼすだろうか。まず、トルコの近現代史及び、現在にまで至る政治変化を理解する上で、今回の大統領選挙を理解する必要があることで、2回連続の構成として行う。
