◆第5回　海外養子、真実・和解委員会による人権侵害調査が行われる

概要：朝鮮戦争以来、韓国から海外へと養子縁組された子どもの数は20万人に上ります。海外で育った彼らが成人しルーツ探しをする中、養子縁組を進める過程で、送り出し機関によって書類の捏造などが行われていたケースがあったことがわかりました。昨年、海外に養子に出された372人が真実・和解委員会に調査を要請し、調査が始まっています。第５回は、この問題について報じた韓国のニュースを取り上げます。
