概要：難民法を制定して10年を迎えた韓国。2018年には難民認定率が3.6％、人道的滞在許可を含めると16.5％に達したものの、この年に起きた「イエメン難民問題」により難民認定率は翌年から１％台に低下し、今年も１月から４月の難民認定率は1.0％に過ぎません。21年12月には２回目以降の難民申請を厳格にする難民法改定案が国会に提出されている状態です。韓国の難民の受け入れはどうなっているのか、韓国のニュースを素材に関連用語も学びます。
