◆第3回 専門的独立映像運動の展開と現状-放送/映画

講師：金明準（韓国映像メディアセンターMedi Act 所長）
概要：韓国ドキュメンタリーの力はどこから来ているのだろうか。20世紀半ば以降、世界各国では独立的な制作主体らによる多様な映像運動が登場して発展してきた。主に上映運動を中心に始まった一連の運動はその後、独立制作主体の共通の目標を共有するネットワーク運動として発展する一方、映画領域での独立映画の拡大に繋がった。一部の国では放送領域での独立制作コミッショニング構造と独自的な放送コンテンツを誕生させた。
韓国では、80年代労働者のストライキを記録した『労働ニュース制作団』の経験から、アカデミー賞を受賞した映画『パラサイト』、第4次韓流ブームをつくった『愛の不時着』の力まで、韓国映画やドラマを支えてきた原動力をドキュメンタリーと放送映像運動の歴史から再解釈する。
