 　関東大震災100年目を迎えて、8月〜9月にかけては、当時朝鮮人・中国人などの虐殺をめぐる多く追悼式や企画が行われました。追悼式ではどういう問題が取り上げられて、どういう課題を残していたのでしょうか。一方、韓国の尹 錫悦保守政権は総連主催の追悼式に参加した国会議員や市民団体の人々に対して、国家保安法または南北交流協力法違反云々の未明の下、「アカ狩り」を行っています。韓国からみた関東大震災朝鮮人虐殺100年の意味とはどういうものだったのでしょうか。日韓で関東大震災100年の企画に直接かかわった方々をお招きして、その意味と課題を改めて振り返ってみます。
