◆第1回チョコレートの向こう側 - 身近な食べ物から世界とのつながりを考える［日韓合同］

開催日：2021年12月11日（土）実施
講師：野川未央（NPO法人APLA）
概要：日頃私たちが口にする食べ物の多くが海を越えて輸入されてきていることは、多くの人が知っている事実だと思います。一方で、たとえばバナナがどこでどんな風に栽培されているか知っている人はどれくらいいるでしょうか？お寿司のマグロやツナの缶詰の原料はどこで水揚げ・加工されて、どのように運ばれてくるのでしょうか？チョコレートを例に、世界と私たちとのつながりを考えました。インドネシア・パプアのカカオキタ社が運営するカフェとオンラインでつないで、現地のスタッフの皆さんとの短い交流の時間も設けけられました。
