概要：2023年2月、『安倍晋三回顧録』が刊行された。第二次安倍政権では、特定秘密保護法の制定、安保法制の制定、武器輸出三原則の廃止などが大きな争点となった。また、実現しなかったものの、改憲にも取り組んだ。講座では、『安倍晋三回顧録』を参照しながら、安倍首相が目指したものは何だったのか。それは実現したのか。安倍政権の改憲が実現していたら、何が変わったのか。そうした点を改めて検証する。第3回は第９条を中心に改憲を取り上げる。
