概要：バリ島は世界で最も人気のある観光地の１つですが、日本と同様に観光業による深刻な環境問題・社会課題も抱えています。観光業の促進は、経済的な発展を後押しするようにも思えますが実際に収益を得ているのはごく一部であり、それ以上に課題を生み出す現状は、決して持続可能な社会の在り方とはいえません。様々な環境・社会課題を解決しながら発展していく在り方を具現化するために始めたのが「マナ・アースリー・パラダイス」という未来型ホテル（アースカンパニー運営）です。このホテルを拠点にしたチェンジメーカー育成プログラムには、日本から多くの学生や企業人が持続可能な社会の創り方を共に学びに参加しています。どのような学びや参加者の変容が生まれているか、インパクトについてお話しします。
