　　京都十全会病院は、精神病院の看板を掛けたまま、劣悪な看護条件下、実際は老人病院を経営していた。院長は、ここは最終処理場だと公言してはばからず、社会のニーズに答えているだけだと開き直った。取材当日、病院側が示してきたカルテは大幅に修正されたものだった。病院長をはじめとする幹部の医師たちは、5年前のカルテを昨日のことのように滔々と読み上げ、違法な医療は一切行われていないと主張した。その一部始終を記録し、放送に踏み切った。
