◆第5回 アイヌ民族の眼からみた国連活動の広がりと課題

講師：鵜澤加那子（Ainu Today創設者・北海道大学先住民研究・文化多様性グローバルステーション（GSI）助教）
概要：さまざまな人権上の議題が審議される国連人権機関。昨今の重要な視点は問題を横断して、人権回復への女性と若者の参加です。アイヌ女性として初めて国連会議に参加したのは1999年。それから数回に渡り先住民族関連の会議に参加してきました。それをきっかけで、国際法、人権の問題そして国際先住民族運動の中でのアイヌ民族が置かれる立場について考えるようになりました。国際労働機関（ILO）のジュネーブ・オフィスでインターンをする機会も頂き、国連での先住民族政策を審議する現場にも内側から参加しました。今回は、それらの学びについてお話しさせて頂こうと思います。
