◆第6回「補論　日鉄釜石訴訟から生まれた供託金訴訟・日韓会談文書公開運動」

講師：山本直好（日本製鉄元徴用工裁判を支援する会事務局長/ノー！ハプサ（合祀）事務局長/日韓会談文書・全面公開を求める会事務局長）
概要：「始まりは日鉄の未払金供託名簿」だった。未払金はなぜ遺族に返還されないのか。新日鉄とは和解したが、国の責任を問う闘いはさらに拡大した。遺族は日本ではじめて供託金の還付請求に踏み出した。困難を極めた行政手続きと二つの訴訟。ぶち当たった「日韓請求権協定で解決済み」の壁。韓国での公開を受けて、２００５年６月２９日に国立公文書館の日韓会談文書の閲覧請求。これが、「日韓会談文書・全面公開を求める会」の外交文書公開運動につながる。日本での日韓会談文書公開の一歩が踏み出された。
