◆第5回 　日本国憲法、誤読の構造

講師：山岡幹郎（写真家／NPAコーディネーター）
概要：NPAの憲法コースに第1期は講師、第2期からはコーディネーターとして関わってきました。それは、教員生活を終え毎年のように教えてきた憲法に食傷して、関連図書を捨てた後の思ってもみない展開でした。なにより憲法をめぐる議論にまだ伸びしろがあったのです。そのコースがPart10を迎えた今期、区切りの意味も込めて、この間NPAで学んだことや考えたことをレポートさせていただきます。冒頭にあるタイトルの切り口は日本国憲法の26条です。「すべて国民は、その能力に応じて、ひとしく教育を受ける権利を有する」という文章を生徒たちが誤読するのです。なぜ誤読するのか。その背景を考えます。
