◆第4回 クルド人問題について考える〜トルコ南東部の歴史と社会構造から

講師：中島由佳利（クルドを知る会）
概要：独自の文化と歴史を持つ中東の先住民族であるクルド人は、その居住地域を第一次世界大戦後に分断され、現在に至るまで「国を持たない世界最大の民族」と言われています。クルド人はトルコ、シリア、イラク、イランなどの国民として、また世界各国でコミュニティを作り移民や難民として暮らしています。日本にも2,000人ほどのトルコ出身のクルド人が居住、難民申請をしています。在日クルド人の背景にある歴史や社会構造を読み解きながら、クルド人問題を考えます。

講師プロフィール：中島由佳利（クルドを知る会）。1990年代後半からトルコ南東部の現地取材を、2002年より在日クルド人との関わりを続けている。2003年に「クルドを知る会」を有志と設立。著者に『新月の夜が明けるとき　北クルディスタンの人びと』(2003年 新泉社)、共著に『クルド人を知るための55章』(2019年 明石書店)などがある。
