開催日：2023年11月11日（土）10:00-12:00　※コース15（ひでぽん先生とめぐる先住民の世界）と合同クラス
講師：上村英明（NPA代表理事・市民外交センター共同代表）

　　NPAでは、市民教育のひとつとして、国連を使った市民外交を実戦すべく、6月の人権理事会、7月の先住民族の権利専門家機構（EMRIP）、また9月の人権理事会への参加などを集中的に行ってきました。その土台となった市民外交センターの先住民族の権利回復のための国連参加の歴史を紐解きながら、政府の専権事項としての外交の問題点、民際外交から市民外交の流れを考えながら、その可能性を語ってみたいと思います。
