◆第1回 死刑廃止の流れと人権の論理

概要：死刑廃止の潮流は第二次大戦後に生じ、東西冷戦終結後の1990年代以降、廃止国が激増して今日に至っています。それを可能にしたのは「人権」の論理です。死刑廃止と人権の論理の歴史的展開を概観し、日本の位置を確かめます。
