概要：市民の直接参加にフォーカスを合わせてきた韓国の市民メディア運動は、90年代の労働者による映像制作組織活動、2000年代初頭の市民参加TV運動と共同体ラジオ運動、そして最近の地域共同体メディア運動に至るまで、多様な形で発展してきた。レガシーメディアのパブリック・アクセス運動が築いてきた意味を、オンラインプラットフォームを含む包括的な市民参加メディア運動で発展させるため、これまでの成果と限界を考察したい。
