概要：韓国の独立メディア運動の中で最も古い歴史を持ち、公的システムの中である程度の意味のある位置を占めてきたのが、独立映画運動である。1980年代、劣悪な状況を乗り越えて、スタートした独立映画運動の成果を振り返り、その後多様なプラットフォームへの拡大に失敗した限界を把握していく。それを持って、融合時代の映像運動のために必要なものは何かを探っていきたい。
