　　1980年代、独裁政権との闘いの過程で本格的にスタートした韓国のメディア運動は、言論改革運動、独立映画運動、情報通信運動などに分かれ、それぞれに発展してきた。韓国の民主化及び市民社会の発展過程で重要な役割を果たしてきたメディア運動の成果と限界をより広い視野で分析することで、未来の運動を発展させるための歴史的教訓を学び、現在置かれた状況及び条件を冷静に把握することで、これからの発想の転換を試みてみたい。
