第2回 「明治憲法」･「皇室典範」と「昭和憲法」･「皇室典範」･「皇統譜」

概要：「明治」憲法下の天皇制は、立憲主義をよそおった「欧米先進」国にそう見せるための、すこぶるインチキなものであった。そういう理解はある程度、戦後の憲法学上の常識であった。そして、ほぼそれに近い、もはや共和制あるいはほぼそれに近い立憲君主制となったというのが、戦後の憲法学の理解である。しかし「明治憲法の皇室典範」体制は「昭和憲法」（第1条に天皇規定を置く）・「皇室典範」体制を比較し、その法運用の実態に即して考えて　、本当にそう言えるのか。
