概要：空から軍用ヘリコプターの窓が落ちてくる小学校、ヘリコプターそのものが墜落してくる大学、小学校の真上を大学の真上を毎日毎日「教育を受ける権利」を騒音で侵害しつつ訓練を行うオスプレイ。なぜ、人権侵害が容認され構造化されているのだろうか。人権と人民の自決権が否定されてきた植民地主義の歴史を紐解き、近現代の琉球/沖縄を考える基礎力を養う。
